Pharmacy Manager - Retail in Hospital Setting

Retail/Outpatient Pharmacy Manager
This is the manager of the "retail" or outpatient pharmacy at the hospital.   This position involves significant patient contact, and therefore requires someone with good patient and customer services skills.  Must be self motivated, and familiar with a dispensing role.  This pharmacist will also take hospital call, so any hospital experience is a plus.
Must be a licensed pharmacist, license in good standinig.  Must have retail pharmacy dispensing experience.
Must have retail pharmacy management experience (will help redesign pharmacy layout and floor plan, as well as work flow planning in remodeled pharmacy.)
Must have top notch retail customer service skills.
Hours - 9am - 6pm M-F
Company will help with relo financially, and will provide housing for up to the first 3 months while candidate seeks permanent housing.

Home Healthcare Liaison - Sales Rep

Outside sales rep needed - generating home health care referrals from doctors, hospitals, and other medical facilities.

We are seeking experienced industry professionals that can bring business with them

now.  They may be working for a competitor, and have a book of business.  Or they may have a

relationship with lots of doctors, doctors' groups, or a large hospital group or system that can

result in home health referrals.

Qualified candidates must demonstrate that they can produce a minimum of 4 referrals per week,

or more.  The market is the greater Detroit market and is very competitive.

Proven track record in this type of industry sale with a book of business, or  a healthcare industry

person with local contacts that can result in homehealth care referrals.

Degree strongly preferred, but if they have the referral base, will consider.

Director of Nursing - Montana

DON effectively recruits, hires, assigns work to, schedules, develops and evaluates staff, Conducts regular meetings with staff. Ensures that staff expectations are consistent with the goals of the organization. Builds relationships with staff and works towards creating a service culture. Responsible for ensuring that staff members are aware of scheduled in-services and meetings. Develops and nurtures cooperative inter-departmental relationships and communications of a broad scope throughout the organization and with individuals external to the organization. Effectively supervises all assigned staff in the performance of their daily work and ensures overall timeliness and accuracy of department functions. 

Must be a current RN with license in good standing.  Montana licensed preferred, but will consider out of state candidates.  Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in GERIATRICS.  Must have some previous supervisory experience.  Strongly prefer BSN, but not required.  Must relocate to Eastern Montana.

Director of Pharmacy

Director of Pharmacy need for Acute Care Hospital in KY. With responsibility for the overall administrative and clinical direction and management of their department, this leader facilitates the development and delivery of excellence in service practice by evaluating and coordinating the services delivered. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to direct the services appropriate for the patient/family population being served. Integrates the department's services with the hospital's primary functions.

MIN. SKILLS REQUIRED:  Must be licensed as a pharmacist in the state of Kentucky. Must possess the ability to supervise and oversee the functions and staff for areas of responsibility.  Develop and implement training programs to meet the training needs of his/her staff.  Communicate effectively both orally and in written form with all levels of internal and external customers of the departments supervised.  Develop and implement policy and procedures consistent with hospital, state and federal regulatory guidelines.  Develop collaboration and support teamwork in inter and intradepartmental activities. Doctor of Pharmacy degree preferred, or 10 years of previous hospital experience.
Hospital for profit system experience preferred and Meditech and/or HMS experience preferred.

Pharmacy Area Manager

The pharmacy area manager is responsible for overseeing the operations in the
general Minneapolis, MN markets.  The pharmacy managers all report directly to this area manager.
Duties include hire/fire, operations, P&L, inventory and vendor management, compliance, regulations,
quality control, and CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Must be a pharmacist with multi-unit retail pharmacy management experience.  This experience must
be current or recent.  Background and track record must be squeaky clean.  Preference is for a current
DM or above in retail pharmacy.  Minnesota license is preferred, but will consider out of state and relo

OH - Infusion Pharmacy Manager

Columbus, Ohio

We are seeking an experienced home infusion pharmacist interested in a supervisory position in a dynamic home infusion pharmacy.  You must be a licensed Ohio pharmacist and have solid IV skills, as part of your duties will be to perform as a staff pharmacist.  We would prefer management experience, but will consider candidates "ready for management".  In either case, you must bring excellent interpersonal skills, and have the ability to lead both by word and by example.  This is a well established pharmacy, and this position is newly created.
